Recommended every 12-24 months or 150/200 hours Remove all components, inspect and disassemble frame and pivots Re-assemble frame using grease and retaining compound where required Fork removal, headset inspection & re-assembly Bottom bracket and crank inspection & re-assembly Complete drivetrain bio-wash, inspection, and lubrication Gear alignment & adjustment Brake fluid flush, line bleed, piston lubrication, clean, and reset Front and rear hub overhaul, check bearings and pawls Spoke re-tension, wheel true & dish Fork Major service Rear shock Major service Dropper post service Tubeless sealant top-up Test ride E-Bikes additional $100 Remove motor and battery, check all wiring & mounting hardware
