THE MAN BEHIND
THE TOOLS
Rick Boyer is the man at Rapid Descent Workshop which officially kicked off in 2020 but has been working in the bicycle industry since 1997, there isn’t much that he hasn’t done or achieved either professionally or on the race track. Along the way his career has evolved into being a national sales manager, bike shop pleb, retail and race mechanic and owner of his own distribution business. More importantly he has always been on the tools the whole time.
Having ridden mountain bikes and raced Downhill at the highest level locally and internationally for over two decades collecting some silverware for the trophy cabinet along the way. This is a key component of understanding the relationship between the rider and their bike and how to get the most out of it and keep your valuable asset running smoothly.​
