Where is RDW?
Banforth Lane, Kahibah.
Head towards the Glenrock / East end of Banforth Lane and you’ll find us in the workshop pictured.
Please park up on the concrete driveway close to the shed as our neighbours use the laneway frequently.
If that’s taken, please park down on the grass on Fallins St.
When & How do I book?

All Drop offs and Pick-ups are by appointment only.

Please put your preferred drop off day and time with the service / repair booking request and we’ll confirm a time that suits as we are not always around every hour of the day.

Typically the workshop door is kept closed, so please call or text when you arrive if it’s down.

Once we get your bike in the workshop we’ll do an initial assessment and will work with you on a timeframe to get it back to you, depending on the work required.

Turnaround can range from a few days to a week or more. Especially in busy seasons like Summer and Autumn, expect longer turnaround times and bigger back logs.
Payments
Currently we only do bank transfer (Direct Deposit / PayId) or cash only, either is fine no preference either way.
Sorry no Eftpos or credit card facilities at this point in time.
